> You can request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your online gallery, but only if you have not downloaded, printed, or shared any of the images.

> You must send me an email with your name, date of the session, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. I will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.
> If your refund is approved, you must delete all the images from your devices and online accounts, and confirm this in writing. I will then process your refund as soon as possible.
